Tales at Sea

Looking over the day’s schedule, I noticed at 4:00 P.M. there was a “Friends of Bill W.” meeting in room 1004, located on the ship’s top deck. I only had three years of sobriety at that time and this was my very first cruise. I was a little anxious about being around so much alcohol with none of my support group close by for the next two weeks. I was delighted when I spotted what I assumed was an AA meeting on the schedule.
