It’s a Seat, Not a Throne

I belong here! That thought comes into my head as I sit in my home group. It’s Saturday morning. I have earned my seat here in Alcoholics Anonymous. It’s a well-deserved chair. Before the meeting starts, I hear laughter and lots of chattering and see hugs. We like to call this interaction fellowshipping. I just smile to myself with expectations of how the meeting will go today.
