Doing just fine

As I’m writing this, our electric meter is on the backyard table and the power is off in the house. The circuit breaker panel in the basement has been pulled off and we are waiting for the job to be finished. A short circuit yesterday was a sign of some real serious trouble, possibly even a future fire. I’m in my very own and deeply personal financial crisis. I’m hoping that sitting here and writing this down will save my life and keep me sober today, and possibly, dear reader, it may help others who feel just like I do right now.
