A Beautiful Finish

To celebrate milestones in their AA prison group, some members came up with a creative idea, and the results fit right in their pockets

When I was growing up on the east coast of Canada, I was exposed to alcohol as a child. It was a glass of wine on Christmas Eve, a sip of my uncle’s brandy or my auntie’s gin. Booze was everywhere growing up. When I was 16 and working at my first job in a restaurant, I was rewarded with beer at the end of the night for a job well done.
