God’s Hand In Step Nine

In my first few meetings, I recall reading the Steps hanging on the wall and feeling they were insurmountable. I stopped at Steps Eight and Nine and wrote a girl's name on the inside cover of my brand new Big Book. This gal was someone I had grown up with. Her parents had also immigrated to Canada, and she had been a true friend.
