The Conference Process
A member in Florida shares their thoughts about how the Conference works and the best way to use it
Some years ago, I was privileged to be elected by my home group to serve as their GSR (general service rep). And so began my extensive study of the A.A. Service Manual and the book A.A. Comes of Age. I had imagined it would be very dry reading, but was surprised and delighted to have many spiritual experiences as I read those pages.
