At Peace
How an hour spent down by the wading pool to do Step work became a powerful spiritual experience
Today I went to a creek in the neighborhood I grew up in to complete my Sixth and Seventh Steps. There’s a small waterfall that empties into a wading pool. I sat on the rocks and prayed for everyone who was on my resentment lists, even the ones I really didn’t want to pray for.
