A while back, I got some unfortunate medical news and found myself uncharacteristically disconnected from my AA program. I just didn’t feel the same. I was reading and praying every morning, attending all my regular meetings and keeping in contact with my sponsor. I even have a few sponsees, ranging from those who’ve done all the Steps to those trying to decide whether the program is for them.
