If You Build It, They Will Come

I moved to Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2022 to attend treatment after yet another slip. I had entered the rooms of AA after finding recovery in an Alaskan prison at age 17. After years of successful recovery, and years of struggling recovery, I hit my hardest rock bottom and decided I would give treatment one more shot. At the treatment center I did the stuff they asked me to do. This time recovery was going to be different. I had no idea what God had in store for me.
