Lessons Learned

When he was younger, he relapsed a lot. Now sober, he can see how his experience can help others

I walked into my first AA meeting in September of 2011. I was a shell of the man I had been. Only 22 years old, beaten and broken, with no hope and nowhere else to go. Every moral and value I was raised with had been surrendered in my battle with alcohol. Every dream and hope destroyed.
