It was getting close to Christmastime, and I was looking forward to celebrating my second sober Christmas in a row, thanks to God and AA.

Like many alcoholics, I have a difficult time during the holidays.

There seems to be a certain progression that occurs in the life of any alcoholic who comes to AA to get sober, to stay sober and to stay close to the Fellowship and the program.
