Copyright Transfer

In consideration of the acceptance of the above Work for publication, I do hereby assign and transfer to the Publisher all my rights, title, and interest in and to the copyright in the Work, including all its graphic, photographic and image-related elements. I hereby irrevocably waive any and all of my moral rights in the work listed above in favor of AA Grapevine, Inc. for all purposes and for the full term of any such rights.

This assignment transfers to the Publisher all my rights under any law governing moral rights. publicity rights, privacy rights or other proprietary rights directly or indirectly relating to the Work assigned. This assignment applies to all uses and translations of the Work as well as to display/posting of the elements of the accepted Work in electronic form for publication by all means and in any media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world.

For Photos and Art: With my acceptance {for snail mail: with my signature below] I hereby assign to AA Grapevine, Inc., full usage to the photo(s) which I have contributed to the magazine “Grapevine”. I grant to AA Grapevine, Inc. full usage rights, by all means and in any media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world; and the right to couple the photo with other materials and/or crop as necessary. First name last initial credit will be given in the form indicated below and will be included in the issue in which the photo appears. Compensation will be a copy of the issue in which the photo appears.

Author Representations

I attest and warrant that I am the author and copyright owner of the Work listed above that I have contributed to “Grapevine” (AA Grapevine, Inc.), and I am able to enter into this agreement.

I warrant that this Work is original and does not infringe the rights of any party.
The Work is not currently under consideration elsewhere and the Work will not be submitted for publication elsewhere.
No part of the Work violates any copyright, moral right or other right of any third party; all graphic, photographic and image-related elements of the Work are used with permission of any person or entity with rights therein.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York (United States), without regard to its choice of law principles.
